Middle Quinton in Warwickshire was successfully selected as one of the Government's 15 potential Ecotowns in May 2008.

The proposals will provide at least 6,000 zero carbon homes on previously developed land, with substantial employment opportunities, affordable housing and community infrastructure, including up to four schools, health care and retail facilities and high quality public transport links to surrounding towns and villages, all supported by leading edge environmental technology.
