Barton Willmore Architects offer a service which combines high quality design and presentation skills with commercial awareness.

Our service can range from design concepts in support of our Masterplanning initiatives to full service commissions on complex buildings.

  • advice and evaluation of the client’s brief
  • advice on survey and site investigation. requirements and the co-ordination of appropriate consultants.
  • feasibility studies to establish design principals and development capacity.
  • obtaining all necessary planning, building regulation and other consents.
    preparation of outline schemes and final design proposals.


  
  • production of technical information necessary to implement construction.
  • advice on, and implementation of, tender and contract procedures.
